The product flow within the described system begins with the Admin, who oversees two primary Businesses. Each business is divided into Teams, responsible for managing Customers. For each customer, the process includes multiple steps: Payment, Transform, Biometric, Door Access, and Renew. This hierarchical structure ensures that every team can efficiently manage their customers through these key stages, facilitating a comprehensive and organized approach to product handling and customer service.
Our system allows Super Admins to manage staff, companies, permissions, and reports. Companies handle enrollments and packages, staff manage biometrics and expenses, and customers register and complete profiles. It includes payment collection, alerts, tracking, billing, renewals, biometric integrations, and access control.
